Bryanna N. Gutierrez

Bryanna is currently an attorney at V3 LAW. She also currently serves as a Trustee for the Nevada Bar Foundation, for the Nevada State Bar. Bryanna also serves on the Executive Council- South, Young Lawyers Section, State Bar of Nevada.


After graduating from law school, Bryanna was a judicial law clerk at the Eighth Judicial District Court, Department 14 (which adjudicated civil matters, including but not limited to contracts, business, and real estate matters).


Bryanna received her Juris Doctor degree, Highest Pro Bono Honors, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. While in law school, Bryanna was an intern for Department 25 at the Eighth Judicial District Court (which adjudicated civil and criminal matters, including but not limited to contracts, business, and real estate matters). While in law school, Bryanna was a law clerk at Maier Gutierrez, & Associates (which primarily practiced in personal injury law). During law school, Bryanna also worked at a transactional law firm.


Additionally, while in law school, Bryanna taught a bankruptcy community service class at the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada, which she received the Outstanding Student Award for. She was also involved in various student organizations including Gaming Law Society, La Voz, OUTLaws, and International Law Society. She also participated in the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada Partners in Pro Bono Program and externed at the University Medical Center, Office of the General Counsel. Bryanna was a student attorney for the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic, UNLV Immigration Clinic where she worked on a deportation defense case, and ultimately achieved a favorable outcome for the client that received asylum relief. Bryanna also completed a gaming skills course which allowed her to appear and present before the Nevada Gaming Control Board.


Bryanna attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where she graduated with cum laude honors. Bryanna received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Criminal Justice Major, Law & Justice Specialization. While at the University of Nevada Reno, Bryanna completed the Honors Program, wherein she wrote and orally defended an honors research thesis which is the equivalent to a master’s degree level thesis/dissertation, entitled “A Legal Analysis of International Anti-Corruption and FCPA Violations in Latin America.”
